Danny Bell and His Disappointments play western-folk-psych-punk. Danny’s music is steeped in his affection for his home in the hinterland, a blue collar town, the stink of the pulp mill, and the everyday stuff in Northern BC. Exclaim! Magazine called their music “anti capitalist, anti-elitist, anti-asshole folk [music] for small moments in small places.” The band has four albums released to date and toured all over Canada. Their latest album “Contemporary Accordion Music” charted in the top 50 Nationally across Canadian Campus and Community Radio.
